Nitromedicine LLC is a successful US consultation company established in 2014 by a team of medical professionals with years of experience in custom prescription formulations and protocols related to nitric oxide therapy, phototherapy, phytotherapy, electrotherapy,stem cell therapy, nanotherapy, redox therapy, hormonal therapy, cryotherapy, platlets rich plasma therapy and etc.

Technology
Nitromedicine is a new medical discipline conceived by Dr. Salaheldin Halasa. Nitromedicine involves nitric oxide, hydrogen sulfide, nitric oxide donating drugs, redox buffers, polyphenols, nitro-compounded pharmaceuticals, nano-nutraceuticals, light, photosensitizers, hydrogen, oxygen, electricity, cytokines, fat nanograft, fat micrograft, PRP and stem cells .
In addition to increasing nitric oxide bioavailability and modulating the redox signaling, these elements work synergistically to stimulate endogenous stem cells and modulate the immune system.
This technology also offers increased efficacy to established treatments such as platelet rich plasma therapy and autologous stem cell transplants.

Abnormal NitroRedox sensitive metabolism leads to chronic clinical conditions (oxidative stress related diseases such as degenerative diseases, autoimmune diseases, chronic inflammatory diseases, cancer, etc.)
Integrative Medicine Logarithmic protocols to restore NitroRedox balance
1- Scanning all the patients for carotene level , using blue light spectrophotometer skin scanner to detect the carotene level in the epidermis.
If it is low, recommend a package of supplements that contains multivitamins , minerals , thiols , polyphenols , nitric oxide donors and antioxidant epigenetic stimulators.
2- Monitor the efficacy of the NitricRedox Modulators by using ANS balance , endothelial function and sudomotor diagnostic tests.
3- Preform personalized Nutritional genetics and Pharmacogenetic testing to detect abnormal nutrients or drugs metabolism and recommend certain nutrients and drugs accordingly .
4- Order cancer genetic tests especially for patients with family history of cancers and recommend extra polyphenoles in their supplements.
5- Make sure all your patients sex hormones , thyroid hormones , vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels are normal by testing their levels and supply them BHRT, vitamin D, Thyroid hormones and vitamins B 12.
6- Order microbiome stool analysis test for all the patients with history of oxidative stress related diseases and restore the normal flora by prescribing pre/ probiotics and recommend certain ingredients for the patients with malabsorption.
7- Screen the patients for toxins and detoxify them using oral and IV detoxes, also preform urine drug testing for patients receiving narcotics along with assessing the urine oxidative stress markers levels and manage drugs addiction, hyperalgesia, allodynia and neuroexcitatory symptoms with Nitroredox therapies.
8- Screen the patients for food and environmental allergies and recommend exclusion of allergens from the diets and desensitize the patients .
9-Wean the patients from narcotics , steroids , statins and other traditional drugs by using NitriRodex modulators and monitor the efficacy of the integrative medicine therapies by assessing the oxidative stress markers, endothelial function, sudomotor and ANS testing .
10-Recommend certain nutrients that are overused by the patients with history of oxidative stress diseases to restore the immune and neuro-hormonal balance.
